  1. Develop and execute strategic plans for the lifecycle management of Roche's products.
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs to drive product success.
  4. Lead and manage the launch of new products, ensuring a smooth and successful introduction to the market.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to extend the life of existing products, including identifying new indications, formulations, and markets.
  6. Monitor and manage the performance of existing products, ensuring they meet sales and revenue targets.
  7. Continuously assess and optimize product portfolio to maximize profitability.
  8. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of lifecycle management strategies.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges to product success.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory bodies.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to inform product strategies and initiatives.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  14. Represent Roche at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  15. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote product success.
