Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic legal advice and support to Roche’s global business operations.
2. Analyze legal risk and develop creative solutions to challenging business problems.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
4. Identify and assess legal issues and advise on potential risk.
5. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
7. Monitor legal developments and industry trends to ensure compliance.
8. Manage litigation and dispute resolution.
9. Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.
10. Stay up to date on changes in the legal landscape and provide advice to management accordingly.
