Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Laboratory Technician to join the Roche team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should have a strong understanding of laboratory processes and have the ability to accurately document and track results. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for carrying out experiments, analyzing results, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure accurate results.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. biology, chemistry, and/or biomedical engineering)- At least 2 years of experience as a laboratory technician- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and techniques- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work in a high-paced and regulated environmentIf you believe you have what it takes to be a successful Laboratory Technician at Roche, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare laboratory samples for testing.
  • Conduct experiments following documented procedures and protocols.
  • Collect, document, and analyze data from experiments.
  • Troubleshoot any issues with laboratory equipment and processes.
  • Prepare reports of test results and findings.
  • Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities.
  • Assist with research projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to achieve team objectives.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
