- Conduct protein analysis experiments and interpret results accurately.
- Develop and implement novel techniques for protein analysis in drug discovery and development.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and execute experiments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Analyze data and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with current scientific literature and advancements in protein analysis.
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new methods and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Train and mentor junior scientists in protein analysis techniques.
- Contribute to the writing and submission of scientific publications and patent applications.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams to support drug discovery and development efforts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and actively participate in team meetings.
- Take initiative in identifying and solving problems in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Laboratory Research, Preferably In The Field Of Protein Analysis.
Proficiency In High-Plex Protein Analysis Techniques Such As Mass Spectrometry, Western Blotting, And Elisa.
Strong Understanding Of Protein Structure And Function, As Well As Experience With Protein Purification And Characterization.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Experiments And Interpret Complex Data Sets.
