  1. Develop and implement investor relations strategies that align with Roche's overall mission and goals.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders to effectively communicate Roche's financial performance and business strategies.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial markets and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to senior management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of financial information to investors.
  5. Plan and execute investor events, including earnings calls, roadshows, and investor conferences.
  6. Prepare and review financial reports, press releases, and other investor communications materials.
  7. Conduct competitor and peer analysis to benchmark Roche's performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
  8. Manage and maintain Roche's investor relations website and social media channels.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.
  10. Continuously assess and improve investor relations strategies and processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the department.

Job Qualifications
