1. Assist in the development and implementation of safety, health, and environment policies and procedures.
2. Conduct research and analysis on industry best practices and regulations related to safety, health, and environment.
3. Participate in the planning and execution of safety and health training programs for employees.
4. Support the development and maintenance of business continuity plans for various departments and locations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations.
6. Monitor and report on safety, health, and environment performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
7. Assist in the preparation and submission of required safety, health, and environment reports to regulatory agencies.
8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment standards.
9. Assist in the coordination of emergency response drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of business continuity plans.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records related to safety, health, and environment.
11. Communicate safety, health, and environment policies and procedures to employees and promote a culture of safety within the company.
12. Stay informed about emerging trends and developments in safety, health, and environment, and make recommendations for their implementation.
13. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as government agencies and community organizations, to promote and improve safety, health, and environment initiatives.
14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to safety, health, and environment, as assigned by the supervisor.
15. Embody the company's values and mission, and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
