  1. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process validation strategies for new and existing products.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on materials used in pharmaceutical production.
  3. Assist in the design and execution of experiments to evaluate material properties and performance.
  4. Document and communicate findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
  5. Participate in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
  6. Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and protocols.
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in material science.
  9. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues related to material selection and performance.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials and processes meet regulatory requirements.
  11. Adhere to safety and quality standards in all tasks and activities.
  12. Actively seek out opportunities for learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Materials Science, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Process Validation Principles And Experience In Implementing Process Validation Strategies.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Guidelines Related To Process Validation And Materials Science.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.

  • Prior Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, Preferably In A Process Development Or Validation Role.
