Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute an effective human resources strategy
2. Manage and supervise the human resources staff
3. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
4. Proactively identify and address employee issues
5. Foster a positive work environment

7. Build and maintain relationships with employees and other stakeholders
8. Lead the implementation of new HR initiatives

16. Monitor and analyze HR metrics to ensure effectiveness of HR programs
17. Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR matters
18. Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations
