Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective human resources strategy
- Manage and supervise the human resources staff
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Proactively identify and address employee issues
- Foster a positive work environment
- Develop long-term solutions to complex challenges
- Build and maintain relationships with employees and other stakeholders
- Lead the implementation of new HR initiatives
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs
- Oversee employee performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Support the organization's diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to ensure effectiveness of HR programs
- Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR matters
- Stay up-to-date on changes in employment law and regulations
- Develop strategies to promote a culture of continuous improvement
