
Human Resources Manager
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join Roche's team in [location]. You will be a key member of the Human Resources department with a proven track record of providing exceptional HR services, such as formulating policies, developing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in HR management. You must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to foster strong relationships with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality talent.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary issues, and other HR matters.
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits issues.
- Administer payroll and manage employee records.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of the organization.

- Develop and implement training initiatives to ensure employees are up to date on the latest industry knowledge.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
