The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.To be successful in this role, the Human Resources Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources. They must also have a degree in Human Resources or a related field and be knowledgeable in a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefit administration. A Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) designation is preferred. This individual should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills.The Human Resources Manager will be a key member of our team, providing vision and guidance on our HR initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement training and development programs • Oversee the performance management process and ensure alignment with organizational goals • Monitor and report on HR metrics • Participate in the development of the organization’s culture • Address employee relations issues and grievances • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations • Manage payroll, benefit administration, and other HR administrative tasks • Provide guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and best practices
