Job Description

We're looking for an innovative and highly-motivated Health Economics Analyst to join the Roche team and help us deliver outstanding, value-driven healthcare solutions to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to the organization and shape the way we deliver healthcare. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Economics, a background in healthcare management or policy, and a passion for driving change. We are looking for someone who is able to think critically and analytically, is an excellent communicator, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of healthcare economics, financial models, and policy analysis. They should also possess the ability to work independently and in teams, and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop financial models and economic analyses to evaluate the value proposition of our healthcare solutions.
  2. Analyze healthcare policy trends and provide insights and recommendations for product development.
  3. Develop strategies to maximize the cost effectiveness of our healthcare solutions.
  4. Monitor and assess the performance of our healthcare solutions.
  5. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  6. Act as an expert resource in healthcare economics and provide advice and guidance to teams and stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in healthcare economics.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  9. Prepare and present reports and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  10. Identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
