  1. Develop and implement global medical strategies for breast cancer treatment, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Provide scientific expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new breast cancer medicines.
  3. Stay informed and up-to-date on advancements in breast cancer research and treatment, and utilize this knowledge to inform and shape medical strategies.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, to gain insights and drive innovative solutions in breast cancer treatment.
  5. Serve as a key spokesperson for the company in scientific and medical discussions related to breast cancer, both internally and externally.
  6. Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of global medical initiatives.
  7. Monitor and analyze data and trends in the global healthcare landscape, particularly in relation to breast cancer, and use this information to inform medical strategies.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in relation to breast cancer treatment.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, to advance breast cancer research and treatment.
  10. Act as a patient advocate, advocating for improved patient outcomes and access to innovative breast cancer treatments.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Medical Science: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Oncology, Biology, Or Pharmacology, Is Required For This Position. A Phd Or Md Is Preferred.

  • Extensive Experience In Breast Cancer Research: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Breast Cancer Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Clinical Trials, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Current Landscape And Challenges In This Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Global Medical Science Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Medical Experts, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams Across The Company. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Regulatory Agencies, And Patient Advocacy Groups. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Convey Complex Medical Information And Build Relationships.
