- Develop and implement global medical strategies for breast cancer treatment, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Provide scientific expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams to support the development and launch of new breast cancer medicines.
- Stay informed and up-to-date on advancements in breast cancer research and treatment, and utilize this knowledge to inform and shape medical strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, to gain insights and drive innovative solutions in breast cancer treatment.
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the company in scientific and medical discussions related to breast cancer, both internally and externally.
- Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of global medical initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze data and trends in the global healthcare landscape, particularly in relation to breast cancer, and use this information to inform medical strategies.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in relation to breast cancer treatment.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, to advance breast cancer research and treatment.
- Act as a patient advocate, advocating for improved patient outcomes and access to innovative breast cancer treatments.
Advanced Degree In Medical Science: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Oncology, Biology, Or Pharmacology, Is Required For This Position. A Phd Or Md Is Preferred.
Extensive Experience In Breast Cancer Research: The Ideal Candidate Will Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Breast Cancer Research, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Executing Clinical Trials, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Current Landscape And Challenges In This Field.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Global Medical Science Leader, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Medical Experts, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams Across The Company. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Others, Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Frequent Communication And Collaboration With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Professionals, Regulatory Agencies, And Patient Advocacy Groups.
