  1. Develop and implement global medical affairs strategies for genomic profiling, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, marketing, and sales, to integrate genomic profiling into medical practice.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for all medical affairs activities related to genomic profiling, both internally and externally.
  4. Keep abreast of the latest developments in genomic profiling and provide expert knowledge and insights to the team.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of scientific communications, educational programs, and other medical affairs initiatives related to genomic profiling.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and external stakeholders to advance the understanding and utilization of genomic profiling.
  7. Provide medical expertise and support for product development and lifecycle management.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to medical affairs activities.
  9. Collaborate with medical affairs teams in different regions to ensure consistency and alignment of strategies and activities.
  10. Monitor and analyze data and feedback from healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to inform and improve medical affairs strategies.
  11. Train and educate internal teams on genomic profiling and its value in medical practice.
  12. Represent the company at scientific conferences, advisory boards, and other events related to genomic profiling.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting our mission and values in all interactions.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to genomic profiling.
  15. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Genomics Or A Related Field: A Global Medical Affairs Lead For Genomic Profiling At Roche Must Possess A Strong Educational Background In Genomics Or A Related Field. This Could Include A Phd In Genetics, Molecular Biology, Or Bioinformatics.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Genomic Profiling: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Genomic Profiling Technologies, Including Next-Generation Sequencing (Ngs), Array-Based Techniques, And Bioinformatics Analysis. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Genomic Profiling Applications, Such As Oncology, Rare Diseases, And Infectious Diseases.

  • Expertise In Medical Affairs: The Role Of A Global Medical Affairs Lead At Roche Requires Strong Knowledge And Experience In Medical Affairs. This Includes Understanding The Drug Development Process, Regulatory Requirements, And Medical Communications. Experience In Global Medical Affairs Is Also Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Leader In The Medical Affairs Team, The Global Medical Affairs Lead Must Possess Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Lead A Team, Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, And Communicate Complex Scientific Concepts To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record In Project Management: Roche Is A Global Company With A Complex And Fast-Paced Environment. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Managing Multiple Projects And Priorities Effectively, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Delivering High-Quality Results. Previous Experience In Leading Global Projects Is Also Highly Desirable.
