- Lead the tax integration process for Roche's global business, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient transition.
- Develop and implement tax integration strategies and processes that align with Roche's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments, such as finance, legal, and IT, to gather and analyze data to support the tax integration process.
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to streamline tax processes across the organization.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on the tax integration progress and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize potential risks.
- Train and educate team members and other employees on new tax processes and procedures.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the tax integration process and make adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on tax integration, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Act as a liaison between Roche and external tax advisors and consultants, ensuring timely and accurate communication and collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of tax integration processes and make recommendations for improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all tax integration processes and activities.
