Job Description

Roche is seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of the finance department, the Finance Analyst will help to ensure the efficient and accurate financial operations of our company. The successful candidate should have a strong analytical background and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field and have a minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is able to multitask and prioritize their workload in a fast-paced environment and has excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. The Finance Analyst should have a strong understanding of financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and budgeting. They should also have knowledge of relevant financial software and databases. The successful candidate should be highly motivated and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and other financial documents.
  2. Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and planning.
  3. Monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain financial databases and spreadsheets.
  5. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  7. Generate financial reports to support decision-making processes.
  8. Analyze financial trends and provide insight into potential financial risks.
  9. Facilitate the integration of financial processes and systems.
  10. Identify cost savings and other efficiencies.
  11. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors.
  12. Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
