- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Roche's Serum Work Area Systems in the Mass Spectrometry division.
- Conduct on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment according to company guidelines and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Train and educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of Roche's equipment, including conducting user training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry and product developments, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Document all service and support activities, including detailed reports and any equipment modifications or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Act as a technical resource for sales and marketing teams, providing product knowledge and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and enhancements.

Extensive Technical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Mass Spectrometry Technology And Its Applications In The Serum Work Area Systems. This Includes Knowledge Of Instrument Operation, Troubleshooting, And Method Development.
Experience In Field Service: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Service, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Exceptional Customer Service And Resolving Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Field Service Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Required To Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential. The Ability To Effectively Convey Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals Is Also Important.
