  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive the advancement of digital biomarkers in personalized healthcare.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for digital biomarker development.
  3. Manage scientific projects related to digital biomarkers, ensuring timely completion and delivery of high-quality results.

  6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address potential challenges and roadblocks in the development of digital biomarkers.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to support the development and validation of digital biomarkers.
  8. Monitor and analyze data from ongoing digital biomarker projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  9. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate the progress and impact of digital biomarker projects to key stakeholders.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to digital biomarker development to ensure efficiency and quality.
  11. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development and growth.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance guidelines in the development of digital biomarkers.
  13. Represent Roche at conferences, workshops, and other events related to digital biomarkers and the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Digital Biomarker Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Digital Biomarker Technologies, Such As Wearable Sensors, Mobile Apps, And Digital Health Platforms. They Should Also Be Familiar With Data Analysis And Interpretation Techniques For Digital Biomarker Data.

  • Experience In Scientific Project Management: The Digital Biomarker Scientific Solutions Manager Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Related To Digital Biomarker Development And Implementation. Therefore, They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Scientific Projects, Including Defining Project Goals, Timelines, And Budget Management.
