Job Description

Roche is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a high-quality experience to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing a full range of customer service support.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be comfortable working with customers from diverse backgrounds, and have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. You should also be familiar with using a variety of customer service software and have a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices. Additionally, we require a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  2. Utilize customer service software to respond to customer requests and inquiries
  3. Proactively address customer needs and resolve any issues they may have
  4. Gather customer feedback to provide continuous improvement and identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience
  5. Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
  6. Maintain a knowledge base of customer service best practices and principles
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction
  8. Adhere to customer service policies and procedures
  9. Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate information to customers
  10. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
