
Customer Support Representative
Roche is looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering a high-quality experience to our customers. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing a full range of customer service support.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be comfortable working with customers from diverse backgrounds, and have a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service. You should also be familiar with using a variety of customer service software and have a deep understanding of customer service principles and practices. Additionally, we require a minimum of two years of customer service experience in a corporate setting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by responding to inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Utilize customer service software to respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Proactively address customer needs and resolve any issues they may have
- Gather customer feedback to provide continuous improvement and identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience
- Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain a knowledge base of customer service best practices and principles
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Adhere to customer service policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team
