Job Description

At Roche, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who will ensure our customers have the best possible experience when interacting with our products and services. This individual will be a critical part of our customer success team and will be the face of our company to our customers.In this role, the Customer Support Representative must be attentive, friendly, and capable of providing the highest level of customer service. We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can quickly and efficiently resolve customer inquiries.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of three years of customer service experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a working knowledge of customer service software, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, making sure to provide accurate information and solutions.
  2. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing customers with a positive experience.
  3. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to address those needs.
  4. Document customer interactions in the customer service database.
  5. Monitor customer service trends and provide feedback to management.
  6. Remain up to date on product and service offerings.
  7. Assist with customer inquiries related to billing and account management.
  8. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Adhere to established policies and procedures.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure that their inquiries and issues are resolved.
