Job Description

At Roche, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Customer Support Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer-service background and an appreciation for the importance of providing exceptional service to our patients and customers. The successful individual will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on their feet, and be a creative problem solver.We require the following qualifications:* A minimum of two years' customer service experience* Proven ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards* Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteIf you have a passion for customer service and an understanding of how to deliver an excellent patient/customer experience, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions.
  3. Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams.
  4. Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  6. Stay current on health regulations and standards.
  7. Create and maintain customer records using Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and take action to address customer needs.
  9. Develop strategies to improve customer service experience.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot customer issues.
