Job Description

Roche is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join its customer service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate and reliable customer service, and resolving customer complaints.We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a professional setting. An understanding of customer service principles and practices is a must. Candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate an eagerness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and reliable customer service.
  2. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  4. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of products and services.
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Use customer feedback to improve customer service processes.
  7. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address customer issues.
  8. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to the management team.
