  1. Develop and implement key account strategies for the pharmacy business to increase sales and revenue.
  2. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth in the pharmacy market.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of key account strategies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key pharmacy accounts, including negotiations and contract management.
  5. Develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  6. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  7. Stay updated on industry and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
  8. Train and develop team members on key account management and commercial excellence best practices.
  9. Monitor and track progress of key account strategies and report to senior management.
  10. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns for pharmacy products.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all key account activities.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve key account management processes and procedures.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on the pharmacy market and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and across departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Customers.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Strategy Development And Implementation, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pharmacy Market And Key Account Management Principles.

  • Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Identify Opportunities For Growth And Revenue Generation.
