Job Description

Roche is looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team and help us in our mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinical trial operations and coordination are executed in compliance with GCP, SOPs, and ICH guidelines
  • Prioritize tasks and work independently to meet project deliverables on time and to the highest standard
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure clinical trial data is accurately reported, monitored, and updated
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research regulations and standards
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the course of clinical trial operations
  • Provide training and support to clinical trial staff and other stakeholders
