Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator to join our team at Roche. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research and proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating study activities, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals while developing your career in the clinical research field.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field, and at least two years of experience as a clinical trial coordinator or in a related field. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to use Microsoft Office and other software as needed. Additionally, experience with clinical trial management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate clinical trial activities and track progress.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
  3. Establish and maintain communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  5. Utilize Microsoft Office and other software as needed.
  6. Ensure clinical trial data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Develop project plans and timelines.
  8. Monitor progress of clinical trials and report to team members.
  9. Provide training to research and clinical staff.
  10. Participate in the development, review, and revision of study protocols.

Compensation
