Job Description

Roche is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team and play a critical role in driving clinical research initiatives forward. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for helping to plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of clinical research studies. You will be part of a tight-knit team and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a health or life sciences field and a minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience. You must also have strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory requirements, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of clinical research studies.
  2. Ensure that clinical research activities are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and other regulatory requirements.
  3. Keep track of study timelines and milestones, and communicate changes to the team.
  4. Prepare and review relevant documents, such as consent forms and protocols.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as investigators, sponsors, and regulatory agencies.
  6. Monitor patient safety and data integrity during clinical trials.
  7. Provide guidance and training to study staff on GCP and regulatory requirements.
  8. Ensure that study data is collected, entered, and analyzed accurately and timely.
  9. Generate reports and presentations to communicate study progress.
  10. Monitor and review adverse events and ensure timely reporting.
