We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Clinical Research Associate to join Roche’s Clinical Development Team. In this role, you will play an integral part in the successful execution of clinical studies for our drug development programs. The successful candidate will bring a strong scientific background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a deep understanding of the clinical research process. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently, take initiative, and build strong working relationships with both internal and external teams. To be successful in this role, you must have: • A degree in a scientific field, or equivalent experience.• Experience in clinical research, including monitoring of clinical trials and preparation of study documents.• Excellent knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all relevant regulations.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work within a team as well as independently.• Strong problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor clinical trials to ensure compliance with GCP and relevant regulations.
- Prepare and review study documents, such as protocols, case report forms, and informed consent forms.
- Provide guidance for team members and external partners to ensure adherence to clinical study plans.
- Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials and produce reports.
- Develop and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical study systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with investigators and other clinical research staff.
- Ensure that clinical studies are conducted in a timely and cost-effective manner.
