Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join Roche’s Clinical Research team. This individual will be responsible for providing support to clinical teams and ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for clinical research.The Clinical Research Associate at Roche must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent, at least 5 years of experience working in clinical research, and a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external vendors, and be a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively with clinical teams to provide support throughout the clinical trial process.
  2. Ensure protocols, reports, and all documents related to the clinical trial adhere to GCP guidelines.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
  4. Monitor and track progress of clinical trials to ensure timelines are met.
  5. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies.
  6. Assist in the development of training materials for clinical staff.
  7. Respond to inquiries from sponsors, internal staff, and other stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate records and checklists.
  9. Assist in the preparation and review of informed consent forms.
  10. Assist in the development of clinical trial budgets.
