Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for contributing to the advancement of healthcare.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience working in clinical research. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned clinical research studies.
  2. Ensure all protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards are met.
  3. Develop operational plans to support new clinical studies.
  4. Create and maintain study documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence.
  5. Monitor and track study progress and timelines.
  6. Train and mentor research staff on protocol-related activities.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of studies.
  8. Interpret and apply applicable regulations and guidelines, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.
  9. Liaise with external stakeholders and vendors.
  10. Collect, review, and analyze clinical data and make recommendations.
