Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join Roche's Clinical Development team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials and for monitoring the progress of the trials. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen eye for detail.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as nursing, life sciences, or medical sciences. Previous experience working in clinical research or a related field is preferred. In addition, you should have knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who is eager to take on the challenge of a highly dynamic working environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  2. Monitor the progress of clinical trials and ensure successful execution.
  3. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of clinical trial activities.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinical trials.
  6. Analyze and interpret data from clinical trials.
  7. Prepare and submit clinical trial reports to regulatory authorities.
  8. Develop and implement quality control and safety protocols.
  9. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Provide training to clinical staff on GCP and ICH guidelines.
