  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for the successful completion of clinical trials.
  3. Lead and manage a team of clinical operations professionals, providing guidance and support.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of clinical programs.
  5. Monitor and analyze trial progress and performance metrics to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  6. Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinical operations team.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and collaborate on study-related activities.
  9. Drive the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and best practices.
  10. Communicate study status, progress, and issues to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  11. Ensure compliance with study budget and timelines.
  12. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  13. Participate in the selection and management of study sites and investigators.
  14. Contribute to the development of clinical study protocols and other study-related documents.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Life Sciences: A Clinical Operations Portfolio Leader At Roche Should Possess A Master's Or Phd Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Or Pharmacy.

  • Extensive Experience In Clinical Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Leadership Capacity. This Experience Should Include Managing Complex Clinical Trials And Teams.

  • Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Clinical Operations Portfolio Leader, The Individual Should Be Able To Effectively Manage And Lead Cross-Functional Teams, Set Clear Objectives And Timelines, And Ensure Projects Are Completed Within Budget And On Schedule.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: Roche Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, Therefore The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Trials, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Internal Teams, External Partners, And Regulatory Agencies.
