The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. Reporting to the Head of Data Management, this position will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance and coordination of clinical data management activities for our projects.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of clinical data management processes and systems, experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems (such as Oracle Clinical), and experience with GCP/ICH guidelines is essential. Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical data operations and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain clinical data management activities for projects.
- Monitor and report on clinical data management activities.
- Ensure clinical data is collected, stored, and reported in compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in the use of clinical data management tools such as SAS and R.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external vendors.
- Participate in internal and external meetings related to clinical data management activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
