Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Clinical Data Manager to join the Roche Data Management team. We need an individual with the drive and technical ability to oversee, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of clinical data. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders at all levels, as well as have a strong understanding of clinical trial data and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, medical informatics, biomedical engineering, or life sciences. An advanced degree is preferred. In addition, the Clinical Data Manager should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical data management, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance. A working knowledge of GCP, ICH, and other relevant regulations is essential. The successful candidate will also have experience with EDC systems, clinical trial databases, and software validation.We are looking for an individual with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain clinical trial databases and EDC systems.
  2. Oversee and ensure the accuracy of clinical data.
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance with GCP, ICH, and other relevant regulations.
  4. Perform software validation.
  5. Liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Develop and implement data management processes.
  7. Monitor and report clinical data trends.
  8. Provide guidance and support to the Data Management team.
  9. Assist with the resolution of data queries.
  10. Maintain strong communication with team members and other stakeholders.
