Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Data Manager to join the Roche team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data, as well as a strong understanding of clinical trial processes and data standards. The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for managing the collection, storage, and analysis of clinical trial data. The successful candidate should have a degree in a relevant field, such as biostatistics, epidemiology, or life sciences, as well as at least two years of experience in medical data management or a related role. They should be comfortable with data visualization tools, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills. Above all, the Clinical Data Manager should be a team player with excellent organizational abilities and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, store, and analyze clinical trial data according to relevant data standards.
  2. Utilize data visualization tools to generate reports and other documents.
  3. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Develop and maintain procedures and processes for clinical data management.
  5. Monitor data entry and data quality.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve data issues.
  7. Produce study-specific data management plans.
  8. Prepare data for statistical analysis.
  9. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  10. Monitor data entry processes and data quality.
  11. Ensure compliance with data regulations and standards.
  12. Provide training and support to clinical teams on data management processes.
  13. Participate in clinical trial audits and evaluations.
  14. Develop data management reports and presentations.
