Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Data Manager to join the Roche team! Our ideal candidate should have the expertise to ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data in accordance to applicable regulations and guidelines.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a team setting and independently is also essential. Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems and clinical data management systems (CDMS) is preferred.The Clinical Data Manager will be responsible for the review and management of clinical trial data to ensure its accuracy and integrity. The Clinical Data Manager will oversee the development and implementation of data collection and management processes, and will also be responsible for quality control and training of study personnel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and manage clinical trial data to ensure accuracy and integrity, in accordance to applicable regulations and guidelines.
  2. Develop and implement data collection and management processes.
  3. Oversee quality control and training of study personnel.
  4. Monitor data collection and management processes for effectiveness and compliance.
  5. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of all data management tasks.
  6. Provide support to other departments regarding data-related issues.
  7. Utilize EDC systems and CDMS systems to ensure efficient data management.
  8. Monitor and analyze data trends to identify potential areas of improvement.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation of all data management activities.
  10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation
