- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential new channel partners to expand Roche's distribution network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans to support the growth of channel partner sales.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for partnership development.
- Create and implement effective training and onboarding programs for channel partners to ensure a deep understanding of Roche's products and services.
- Provide regular updates and reports on channel partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Drive collaboration and communication between Roche and channel partners to support the successful launch and promotion of new products.
- Represent Roche at industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential and existing channel partners.
- Continuously seek ways to optimize and improve channel partner processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Channel Management Or Sales, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Channel Partner Dynamics And Experience In Managing And Developing Relationships With Channel Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth Through Channel Partners.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Influence Key Stakeholders.
