Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Biostatistician to join our growing team at Roche. The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful applicant will work closely with the research teams to develop and execute statistical analyses for clinical trials.To be successful in this role, the Biostatistician should have a degree in Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. An in-depth understanding of clinical trial designs and statistical methods, as well as proficiency in the use of statistical software such as SAS and R, is a must. The successful candidate should also have excellent presentation and writing skills to effectively communicate complex statistical concepts to stakeholders.If you have the qualifications and the enthusiasm to be a part of our team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1.Develop and execute statistical analyses for clinical trials.

2.Work closely with research teams to ensure accuracy and validity of data.

3.Maintain in-depth understanding of clinical trial designs and statistical methods.

4.Proficiency in the use of statistical software such as SAS and R.

5.Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate complex statistical concepts to stakeholders.

6.Analyze data sets and present results in a clear and concise manner.

7.Develop and implement strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of statistical analysis results.

8.Provide statistical support for research teams and ensure the accuracy of data.

9.Stay up-to-date on new developments in the field of biostatistics and other related fields.

10.Conduct research as needed and support the development of new methods and techniques.
