Job Description

Roche is seeking an experienced and motivated Biostatistician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks related to the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical studies in the field of healthcare. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for statistics, a strong background in biostatistics, and experience working in a clinical setting.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in biostatistics or a related field, a minimum of five years of experience in biostatistics, and a firm understanding of the principles of statistics. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and analyze clinical studies in the field of healthcare.
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor statistical methods and protocols.
  3. Prepare and publish scientific papers and reports.
  4. Consult with clinicians and researchers on the best statistical approach for their studies.
  5. Provide training and guidance to other biostatisticians, clinical research staff, and other relevant personnel.
  6. Maintain up to date knowledge of statistical and methodological techniques.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  8. Collaborate with other members of the research team to ensure accuracy and quality of results.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
  10. Work with software programs to generate statistical models.
