Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Biomedical Engineer to join Roche's team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative projects, develop your professional skills, and become a part of a forward-looking healthcare company. You will be responsible for helping to create medical devices and equipment that improve the quality of life of patients. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in biomedical engineering or a related field, as well as experience in designing medical equipment and devices. You must also be familiar with medical device regulations, regulations in the medical field, and safety standards. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

  • Designing medical equipment and devices
  • Ensuring compliance with medical device regulations, regulations in the medical field, and safety standards
  • Providing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting existing medical devices and equipment
  • Developing protocols and procedures for testing and validating medical devices
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Providing technical support to customers
  • Presenting technical findings to stakeholders
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest advances in the field of biomedical engineering
  • Preparing and submitting reports on the progress of projects.
