Strategic Sourcing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, innovative Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the Roblox team! As Roblox’s Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sourcing strategy in order to maximize cost savings and supplier performance. You will proactively identify, develop, and lead the negotiation of supply agreements and manage the full strategic sourcing process. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management, and a track record of successful contract negotiation. Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy with the goal of maximizing cost savings and supplier performance. -Identify and develop supply agreements and lead contract negotiations. -Manage the full strategic sourcing process. -Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers. -Identify and build relationships with new potential suppliers. -Analyze the market to identify cost savings opportunities. -Monitor supplier compliance with contractual agreements. -Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sourcing activities. -Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. -Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
