- Conduct thorough and strategic research to identify top talent in the gaming industry that aligns with the company's needs and values.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, events, and referrals.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Roblox and effectively promote the company's culture, mission, and opportunities to potential candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Mentor and train junior talent research specialists to support their career growth and development.
- Represent Roblox in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Research And Sourcing, Preferably Within The Gaming Or Technology Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies, Including Passive Candidate Sourcing And Networking.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis Tools And Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
