
Senior Software Engineer - Customer Care
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer - Customer Care to join our team at Roblox! The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful software engineering projects, a passion for customer service, and a commitment to delivering high quality work.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 5+ years of experience in software engineering, and demonstrable experience in customer service. You should also be a problem solver, able to think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to customer care issues. You must have a strong understanding of customer care processes, and be able to quickly develop and deploy software solutions to improve customer service.
