- Develop and maintain secure identity and access management systems for Roblox's online platform.
- Create and implement security protocols and procedures to protect user data and accounts.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new security features and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve the platform’s security measures.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure new features and updates are implemented with security in mind.
- Investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members on security best practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security processes and procedures.
- Proactively identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security.
- Participate in security-related forums and conferences to stay informed on industry developments and share knowledge with the team.
- Act as a subject matter expert on security-related topics and provide recommendations and guidance to leadership.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with external security vendors and partners to ensure the highest level of security for the platform.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Identity And Access Management (Iam) Protocols And Frameworks, Such As Oauth, Saml, And Openid Connect.
Proficiency In Coding And Scripting Languages Commonly Used In Security Software Engineering, Such As Java, Python, And Ruby.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience With Securing Cloud-Based Applications And Services.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Secure Identity And Access Management Solutions For Large-Scale, High-Traffic Web Applications.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Security Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
