  1. Develop and execute the product strategy for the advertising platform at Roblox.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to achieve company goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and design to drive product innovation and growth.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  5. Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs, data, and business goals.
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product development and delivery.
  7. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success and impact of advertising products.
  8. Communicate updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  9. Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise in the product development process.
  10. Continuously gather feedback from users and make data-driven decisions to improve the advertising platform.
  11. Stay updated on relevant policies and regulations related to digital advertising and ensure compliance.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager At Roblox Should Have A Strong Background In Product Management, Preferably With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience In Leading Product Strategy, Defining Product Roadmaps, And Driving Product Launches.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Online Advertising: Since The Role Specifically Focuses On Managing Ads, A Senior Product Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Online Advertising And The Latest Industry Trends. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Product Vision, Influence Stakeholders, And Collaborate With Designers, Engineers, And Other Teams.

  • Passion For Gaming And The Roblox Platform: Roblox Is A Gaming Platform, And A Senior Product Manager Should Have A Strong Passion For Gaming, Especially For The Roblox Platform. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Platform's Features, User Behavior, And Community Dynamics, Which Will Help In Crafting Successful Ad Products.
