Develop and implement strategies to optimize system performance and ensure scalability for a rapidly growing company.
Lead a team of performance and capacity experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive their success.
Define and track key performance and capacity metrics, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance and scalability issues across the platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and capacity planning to continuously improve processes and systems.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and tools for performance and capacity optimization.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on performance and capacity initiatives and progress.
Manage budgets and resources effectively to support the team's goals and objectives.
Conduct performance and capacity assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance performance and capacity management.
Develop and maintain documentation related to performance and capacity management processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to performance and capacity management.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
Serve as a subject matter expert on performance and capacity management, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
