Develop and implement strategic plans and protocols for the executive protection program at Roblox.
Oversee and manage a team of security professionals to ensure the safety and security of all Roblox employees, including executives and high-profile individuals.
Conduct risk assessments and threat analyses to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of executive protection measures into company operations and events.
Stay up-to-date on current security trends and best practices to continuously improve the executive protection program.
Develop and maintain relationships with external security partners and law enforcement agencies to enhance the overall security posture of the company.
Manage the budget for the executive protection program, including resource allocation and cost-effective solutions.
Conduct training and drills to prepare employees for potential security incidents.
Communicate and coordinate with senior leadership to provide updates on security risks and mitigation efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for any security incidents involving company executives or high-profile individuals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to executive protection.
Foster a culture of safety and security among all employees at Roblox.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Executive Protection: A Senior Manager In Global Security At Roblox Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Executive Protection, Preferably In A High-Risk Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Lead And Manage A Team Of Executive Protection Agents Effectively.
Knowledge Of Global Security Protocols: With Roblox Being An International Company, The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Global Security Protocols And Be Able To Adapt To Different Cultural And Political Environments.
Crisis Management Expertise: In The Event Of A Security Threat Or Emergency, The Senior Manager Should Have The Ability To Think Quickly And Make Critical Decisions To Ensure The Safety Of The Executives.
High-Level Communication Skills: The Role Of A Senior Manager In Executive Protection At Roblox Involves Liaising With High-Level Executives, Government Officials, And Law Enforcement Agencies. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Position.
