Oversee and manage the live operations for popular online games on the Roblox platform.
Utilize extensive gaming experience to develop and implement effective live operations strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging events and content for players.
Analyze data and metrics to track player engagement and retention, and make data-driven decisions to optimize live operations.
Lead and mentor a team of game producers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of live operations.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve live operations processes.
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during live operations.
Work closely with game developers to ensure smooth integration of new features and updates into live operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including players, community leaders, and partners.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of live operations, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates and progress reports on live operations.
Use creative and strategic thinking to come up with new and innovative ideas for live operations.
Ensure all live operations are in line with company goals and objectives.
Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Game Production: A Senior Games Producer - Live Ops At Roblox Should Have A Strong Background In Game Production, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. This Includes Experience In Managing Live Operations For A Successful Game, As Well As Experience With Game Monetization Strategies.
Proven Track Record Of Success: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing Live Operations For A Popular And Profitable Game. They Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Ability To Increase Player Engagement, Retention, And Monetization Through Successful Live Events And Updates.
Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Games Producer - Live Ops, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Producers, Developers, And Community Managers. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Timelines, Allocate Resources Effectively, And Ensure Timely Delivery Of Updates And Events.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams Including Game Developers, Community Managers, And Marketing Teams. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing Relationships With External Partners, Such As Licensors And Event Sponsors.
