As a Senior Engineering Manager, Personalization at Roblox, you will lead a team of engineers to develop and implement personalized experiences for our users. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers to develop and implement personalized experiences for Roblox users. • Demonstrate proven engineering management experience and a deep understanding of personalization technology. • Lead high-performing teams with a strong technical background in software engineering. • Develop a customer-focused mindset and a strong sense of ownership to ensure a great user experience. • Monitor team progress and adjust plans to ensure delivery of engaging experiences for users. • Ensure engineering processes are followed and team members are given the appropriate resources to succeed. • Establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action to resolve issues. • Foster relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are met.
