1. Develop and implement innovative data-driven solutions to ensure compliance and trust on the Roblox platform.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analysts, to develop a cohesive data strategy for compliance and trust.
3. Utilize your technical expertise in data science to analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends related to compliance and trust.
4. Provide leadership and guidance to junior data scientists, and serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and trust.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to data compliance and trust, and proactively make recommendations for improvements to our processes.
6. Communicate complex data findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, including senior leadership.
7. Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate compliance and trust solutions into new and existing features on the Roblox platform.
8. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to track the effectiveness of compliance and trust initiatives.
9. Conduct regular audits and data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our compliance and trust data.
10. Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and automation.
11. Act as a subject matter expert on data privacy and security, and ensure that all compliance and trust solutions adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
12. Represent the Compliance & Trust team in cross-functional meetings and projects, and advocate for data-driven solutions.
13. Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to compliance and trust, and develop mitigation strategies.
14. Mentor and coach junior data scientists, and assist with their professional development.
15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in company-wide initiatives and projects.
