
Recruiting Programs Associate
The Recruiting Programs team sits within Recruiting Operations and you will report to the Manager, Recruiting Programs. Provide tactical support to keep our programs running. This can include: reporting, resource management, communications and change management, tool/vendor management, alias support. Support the full life cycle of recruiting programs from creation to delivery to maintenance. Identify common themes and scenarios and implement solutions that maximize our efficiency and improve our recruitment process. Maintain data integrity and champion process with the Talent Acquisition team. Have the opportunity to manage strategic projects within our programs
At least 2+ years of experience in programmatic and project-based work
Ability to engage and synthesize information with different levels of audiences
Previous exposure to Talent Acquisition
Experience (and enjoyment of) managing and navigating ambiguity while working autonomously
An eye for process improvement: ability to maximize efficiency for the self and team
