- Manage the entire recruiting process, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including travel arrangements, for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including completing background checks and processing new hire paperwork.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field
Experience In Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably In The Tech Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Processes, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers
Proficient In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Create Reports.
